Posted: Sun Jul 12, 2015 2:13 pmPhil Dally of Paso Robles, Ca is the V8 Registry's newest member. Phil is a repeat member from the old Registry's days. Phil is the former owner of a black Crown V8 coupe. He hopes to one day soon start a big block Chevy conversion to a Corsa Coupe that he owns.
For the last 12 years he has been campaigning a stock configuration 65 Corsa in the landspeed racing world. His best speed is 148.253 mph in 1 1/3 mile at El Mirage dry lakebed in Southern California. That was with a hot rodded 140 intercooled turbo motor on gas.
